Delivery Policy
All delivery timeframes start once your order has shipped. Please allow an extra 3-4 working days for made to order products.
Free & Standard Delivery
From time to time we may introduce free shipping offers and promotions. Free shipping uses our 'Standard Delivery' service which can use a selection of different couriers. Orders using our standard delivery service should be dispatched as per our normal timescales and should arrive within 10-14 days. Orders using free shipping promotional codes will be shipped using this method regardless of the method selected during checkout but will exclude any services over £5.
Postable Items
Small and light items can be shipped using our Postable service. This services is generally delivered within 2-3 working days or 5-7 working days but is not guaranteed and is subject to standard postal delays. This service is not tracked in transit but does confirm delivery. Because of the nature of postable services we recommend allowing up to 10 working days for your item to arrive in all cases. We are unable to chase delayed deliveries within this time.
International Delivery
Missing Or Delayed Items
From time to time orders may become delayed during shipping, this can happen for many reasons and we always recommend allowing an extra few days on top of our estimates. If you have selected one of our trackable services you will be able to view your tracking details in your shipment notification or via the notification from the courier. Our untracked services such as our Postable delivery options cannot be tracked and a full 10 working days should be allowed before these can be investigated.
Delayed deliveries should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date and any missing contents within 48 hours of delivery. In all cases where an item is delayed or suspected missing we will contact the courier on your behalf to launch an investigation. We must allow the courier enough time to investigate and locate your order, in most cases this will be 30 days. We cannot issue any refunds or replacements until the courier has deemed the item missing.

Dispatch and order processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays, you will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will be from this date. Estimated dates are based on Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Our couriers deliver to the address given at the time of placing your order. Please check your delivery address carefully as we are unable to deal with missing deliveries that are not for the address given at the time of placing the order. We will always attempt to correct address mistakes for parcels that are in transit but there is no guarantee the delivery will not be attempted. We are not responsible for items that go missing due to incorrect or invalid address details.
For your convince our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you do not wish for this to happen please let us know at the time of placing your order using the order message box.

This means your order is currently being packaged and processed. You will receive an e-mail when order has finished processing.
How Do I Track My Order?
Our couriers deliver Monday - Friday. Please ensure your order details contain a mobile number or email to receive tracking updates.
My Order Hasn’t Been Dispatched Yet, What’s Happening?
This could be because of different reasons:
Your payment card may have declined.
Order placed outside of dispatch times.
Weather conditions may have caused trouble with the courier.
Busy holiday periods may have backlogged courier.
Your order is still in print. Please allow an extra 3-4 day for processing.
We aim to keep you informed of any delays with your order.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet, What Should I Do?
Please check if the courier service has left any cards with information about your delivery, if this is the case please follow the couriers instructions on the card. If no card has been left please review your tracking information on couriers website or you can contact them directly.

I Wasn’t At Home When My Delivery Was Attempted, What Do I Do?
Please contact the courier to arrange another delivery attempt or pick up.
My Parcel Has Been Delivered But It Is Not In My Possession, What Do I Do?
If your parcel has been signed for please check with neighbours if the courier has left it with them. Alternatively check in any secure locations on your property that courier may have left it in. If you are still unable to find your parcel we advise contacting the courier directly as they would be able to provide detailed information on your parcel. We can open a enquiry with the courier if your item shows as delivered but you do not have it in your possession, please be aware these checks take 14 days for the courier to complete and we will have to wait until the courier has completed these checks before we can proceed.
